Sooner Rents

Sooner Rents is a Norman, OK apartment rental company. They own and manage over 40 apartments catering to grad students attending OU. I helped with the entire web presence and created a website to allow prospective tenants to see the facilities, making the sales and leasing process easier on management.

Combined with a Craigslist advertising campaign Sooner Rents has experienced their first season of full occupancy.
