Revered in the small but savvy culinary community that it’s cultivated in 8 years of publication, Argentfork is an oddity – a print-only quarterly in an electronic-media world. Argentfork is a unique, boutique publication that covers everything from absinthe to zebra mussels. This site offers users the ability to subscribe as well as purchase back issues of the print edition via PayPal.

The site also provides a blog, Forklift, that the author users to connect with an online audience interested in his adventures.
