Q Logic Enclosures

Music is extremely important to me. I love to play music, record music, talk about music and most importantly, listen to music. My entire family feels the same way I think. My grandparents and parents were both in the stereo and electronics business with their store Audio Sound & Video. I spent my early years working for them, myself.

I was honored by the opportunity to work with Q Logic on their website. I’m been a fan of their innovative designs and passion for audio since high school. They design and manufacture car stereo accessories from their facilities in Stillwater, OK. They have a reputation for making the best sounding aftermarket subwoofer enclosures in the industry and I believe its just. They also make kick panels for many cars for much more accurate acoustics in a vehicle.

Timing is Everything

So, I don’t usually gloat but I was on Zillow.com looking at some properties tonight and had to share. Out of curiosity I pulled up our old house in Phoenix to see what the damage was since we left. Let’s just say the market has not been kind to Phoenix. Or the poor lady that bought our house.

In our particular case timing was everything and could not have been much better looking back. The first (and lower) dollar sign on the graph below indicates when we purchased, the second when we sold.

Backwoods Bash

The backwoods Bash is a yearly camping festival at Keystone Lake, outside Tulsa. It was my first year to go and I had a great time. I don’t do too well in the heat but thankfully the water cooled me down. There was tons of music, the tickets were cheap and you get to bring your own beverages – three big wins. I had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed Sam and the Stylees11 Fingered Chalie and the Red Dirt Rangers. My favorite of the night was the Moai Broadcast. They closed it down with a very trancy, jazzy set including covers of Floyd and Phish, two of my favorites.
